A portable projector screen on the other hand, offers great flexibility to the users.  As the name suggests, this mobile screen can be easily moved from one place to another without any hassles. This makes a portable projector screen a cheap and smart bargain. It is a buy once and use anywhere commodity.

Mobile projector screens are available in various shapes and sizes. They can be as small as 15" wide or as large as 100" wide. No matter what their size, these screens are easy to carry and store. A portable projector screen that is smaller than 30" is mostly used by people who travel a lot. These screens are normally foldable and some are small enough to fit into your laptop bag when folded. Screens that measure over 30" are mostly sold with a carry case. The carry case of a portable projector screen can also be used as a frame to mount the screen. The carry cases of portable screens are compact and this in turn saves a considerable amount of storage space.

Most portable screens support an aspect ratio of 4:3 but few others are large enough to be used for an aspect ration of 16:9. A portable projector screen can either be opened horizontally or it can be pulled up vertically. If the screen has to be used outdoors, the buyer must first check the screen gain of the screen. Once purchased, a portable projector screen can be used with great ease at home or at the office.
